About me!
I knew from a young age that I wanted to become a chef. Food was always at the heart of our family home — a source of comfort, connection, and togetherness — and it naturally became the path I wanted to follow.
I began my training at Westminster Culinary School in London, where I spent three years developing my skills and specialised in patisserie in my final year. From there, I started my career as a pastry chef at The Connaught in Mayfair, one of London's most renowned hotels.
Since moving to France, I have rediscovered my love for intimate, personalised cooking. I now work privately for families and create bespoke dining experiences in Alpine chalets, combining professional training with warmth, creativity, and a strong sense of home.
For me, food is about more than flavour. It is about bringing people together around the table and creating lasting memories. Each meal is prepared with care, giving you the space to unwind, refuel, and fully enjoy the Alpine experience.
